Our standard return policy



We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, where the product:

  • was ordered in error;
  • is faulty or damaged;
  • does not meet your expectations.

There are some products that have restrictions, or may not be returnable.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.

Your responsibilities

When returning a product, please make sure that it is in good condition, unassembled and in its original packaging.

If the products are not in a state where they can be resold, it may not be possible to accept the return.

Starting a return

If you would like to start a return, please contact our customer service.

Product warranty

Most Viking products have a warranty period of 24 months. This means that if any Viking product develops a fault, you can return items for up to two years from the date you received it.

Some products are subject to the supplier’s warranty, which in some cases may be longer or shorter than 24 months. Please check the product specifications for individual suppliers' warranty information.

Apple products have a warranty period of 12 months.
